About Rose

I’m a graduate from The Institute of hotel management, pusa road, new delhi and also a recent graduate in Associates In Baking And Pastry from the Culinary Institute Of America . Since the past 5 years I’ve been running a cloud bakery under the name LaRosetta and also been teaching alomost 200 people both offline and online .
My drive is the love of cooking and baking , and bring a smile onto peoples face .I believe with the correct knowledge and interpretation one could achieve what he/she wants

About the lesson

We all know that baking has no fixed classes or degree in India . But my passion and love for baking was eternal and because of that i made it to the worlds best college, The Culinary Institute Of America . I want to impart my knowledge to the fellow bakers who couldn’t make it to the professional chefs , but i will build the barrier and correspond to all the needs and knowledge that one should get
