About Macy
I graduated ICE in Pasadena in 2020. I learned everything from breads to chocolate to cake! Because of the pandemic, I also spent a lot of time reading and discovering recipes outside of school that are unique and colorful.
After school I worked in a cake shop and made 10-20 cakes a day! I have put many house into my craft and enjoy using my artistic side and use desserts as my muse.
I also created my own bakery business and make mostly vegan goods. I create all of my desserts to be colorful and nostalgic. When people eat and see my desserts they get a sense of youthfulness and playfulness in the desserts we make!

My lessons will be catered to what you would like to learn within decorating and baking. With my knowledge in the baking world and especially vegan and gluten free baking, I love to challenge you to push your creative side and make something fun and unique!

- recipes given to use WHENEVER you would like and break down on how to read and create your own.
- tutorial on skill being taught
