About Rishon
I am a young athlete myself who studies how the human body works and I want to implement this into my teaching of the game I love, football. My expertise in the human body and knowledge of the game can be used to great effect for those wanting to learn whilst also providing beneficial advice for maintaining and upgrading the human body in a safe and controlled manner

I use a mixture of methods through which I am able to aid the athlete specific to their needs, for example the use of video to provide further analysis as well as explanations which aid the athlete in their understanding of what needs to be achieved, my use of practical examples and match references and examples allow for the athlete to fully understand the practical concepts being taught
