About Jdeanne
I have wanted to be a chef for the last 8 years and recently that dream came true as I landed a chef positions at one of London's top halal restaurants that is busy as ever but keeps me on my toes, and at a pan asian restaurant where I'm learning new skills every day! I also love to teach and I hope to go to university to get a teaching degree so I can take it further. Tutoring students in Food tech is a perfect combination of the 2 things I love to do.

My lessons, ideally for GCSE pass grades (students aged 11-15), will be tailored to the student's needs and we will work on what they struggle with to get them more confident in the kitchen and with the theory that comes with. My lesson will usually run via zoom for 1hr, depending on the student, and, If requested, i'm more than happy to have a practical lesson via a zoom call wherein i'll instruct the student around their kitchen, or even do home visits to help them with a more hands on approach.
I think i am qualified to teach as i achieved a G7 GCSE grade in food technology, went on to graduate from one of the UK's leading culinary schools, and have worked in 2 high pressure restaurants in London.
