About Freya
I have always found maths essential to my everyday life and I want others to have this tool to help them as they gain more independence as they get older. I like to make maths fun and relatable, and I am extremely patient in trying to find a method of working problems out that works for you.
I will set clear focus points for each lessons so that you can take in learnings and we will repeat methods and problems over time to ensure that you keep your skills.
I am friendly and approachable and keen to listen and adapt my lessons to ensure we address the skills which you are finding harder.

am very flexible with my teaching technique and can work with a range of children with different needs and at different levels. I like to help children understand maths visually and in the context of things they can associate with every day e.g. food shopping. I would typically offer tutoring for 30 mins- 1 hour.
I am fairly new to tutoring but have worked with 11-15 year olds tutoring in maths for GCSE's in the UK. I have also assisted private maths tutoring for primary school children.
My lessons range but I would be happy to tutor children from 7-15 years old.
