About Yicheng
As a tutor, I aim to create a supportive, professional, and motivating learning environment. I am a Materials Science and Engineering graduate from the University of Manchester, and I also worked as a PASS Leader, supporting students through peer-assisted study sessions. This experience helped me develop clear communication, patience, and the ability to explain difficult ideas in a simple way. My lessons are well-structured, personalized, and focused on real improvement. I always adapt my teaching to each student’s level and goals, whether they need help with speaking, writing, grammar, academic English, or confidence in communication.
