About ZARREA
Dear students, I focus on creating learning experiences that are clear, engaging, and adaptable to different backgrounds, goals, and learning styles. My role is to break down complex ideas into approachable steps, ask questions that prompt critical thinking, and connect new concepts to what learners already know. I value curiosity, inclusivity, and practical application. That means encouraging learners to ask “why” and “how,” offering multiple ways to approach a problem, and grounding learning in real-world contexts whenever possible. I also emphasize feedback and reflection—helping learners understand not just what the answer is, but how they arrived there and how they can improve. Overall, my goal as an educator is to empower learners to become confident, independent thinkers who feel supported, challenged, and capable of continuing to learn long after the lesson ends.

My approach as a teacher is multiple response strategies. I believe that students should be engaged in their learning. That means they are leading the discussions and putting their own input into what we are learning. Students should be involved in their own learning. Students are actively engaged and participating by answering with white boards, notecards, or by discussion.
My lesson plans are based off of my students needs. It will look different depending on what that student needs at the time. I have taught students from Kinder through 8th grade. I customize individual lessons depending on what skill we are focusing on.
