My name is David Kim. I grew up in Korea and California. I have worked with Japanese designers and assisted a fashion school in Japan with their fashion show. I moved to New York for school, where I studied Menswear and Technical Design at FIT.

I can teach you how to create patterns, use a sewing machine, sew garments, and develop a portfolio. With my major in Menswear, I have a strong focus on the details of sewing and pattern making. From tote bags to coats, I can share my experiences from both school and the workplace.
