About Erica
I received my Bachelor's in English in 2006 from California State University, Bakersfield. I have a love for helping students "get" things because I remember so well not "getting" academic concepts throughout my education, starting at a young age. I married a professor of English who helped me find my study style, and that changed the game for me. I want to help others with research and composition because I know how overwhelming it can feel to face a writing assignment without all the tools and strategy needed to complete such a task.

My method is to help you find a writing and/or research strategy that fits your personal style. My emphasis on planning and organizing (pre-writing) makes the writing process manageable and stress free. I will guide you through the writing process in a way that will give you confidence in completing the task at hand as well as writing assignments in the future.
