My name is María Ximena Cárdenas, and I’m a certified sommelier, educator, and wine communicator with over 13 years of experience in the world of wine, gastronomy, and hospitality. I’ve dedicated my career to sharing the culture of wine in a way that’s accessible, engaging, and rooted in both knowledge and passion. I’ve taught in universities, led professional tastings, hosted virtual classes, and created wine content for curious minds around the world. Whether you’re completely new to wine or looking to deepen your expertise, you can count on a structured and professional learning experience—designed to be practical, enjoyable, and adapted to your personal goals. My teaching method combines academic knowledge with hands-on learning.
