About Uma
I am a career coach and recruitment professional with over 8 years of experience supporting candidates and employers throughout the hiring process.
Throughout my recruitment career, I have reviewed thousands of CVs, screened candidates, conducted interviews, and worked closely with hiring managers to understand what employers are really looking for.
I now help graduates, job seekers, and professionals improve their career prospects through:
