About Kasey
Bonjour ! I’m Kasey, a French major graduate from SUNY New Paltz with a BA in French and a member of Pi Delta Phi, the National French Honor Society. I studied abroad in Besançon, France at an international language school where I fully immersed myself in the French language, and la vie à la française. I’ve been passionate about French for as long as I can remember, and I love helping others build confidence in their language skills. I know how overwhelming French can feel at times (trust me, I’ve been there!), which is why I focus on patience, clarity, and real-world connection in every lesson

Ms. Arnold has the experience and qualifications for this position with an undergraduate degree in French and a six-month stay in France that polished her skills in speaking, listening, reading and writing in French. She is a gifted writer and is easily able to explain difficult concepts to make them understandable. She has a strong work ethic and is highly empathetic. She truly cares about others.
I've taken several classes with Kasey during her time studying French at SUNY New Paltz, including courses on advanced topics in French composition and conversation, and French Cinema! We have shared many conversations in French, and she, having studied abroad in Besançon and immersing herself in the culture and language for as long as I've known her, brings with her a great deal of experience and expertise.
Kasey is detail-oriented, comprehensive, and passionate about her subject. She is deeply caring and empathetic. All of these things make Kasey an excellent tutor.View more recommendations
