About Azamfirei
I have completed my Bachelors and Masters in Chemistry. I am currently a Masters student completing my second Masters degree in Neuroscience. I have been tutoring students consistently for the past 4 years in Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics and Biology with numerous success stories of students achieving their desired grades.

My teaching approaches are student-centred. I begin by assessing each student's current understanding, goals and preferred learning style. From there I tailor lessons to suit their needs, whether that means breaking complex topics into manageable steps, using visual aids and examples, or incorporating real-world applications. I emphasise active learning. Students are encouraged to think aloud, solve problems independently and reflect on their progress. I also provide regular feedback and practice material to reinforce understanding between sessions. The typical lesson length lasts 60 minutes, though I adjust the duration for younger students or intensive exam preparation. A typical session includes: 1) A brief review of previous material. 2) Introduction of new concepts through guided explanation and examples. 3) Independent or collaborative practice. 4) A short recap and discussion of next steps.
