About Lavender Mae
I am graduate of Bachelor of Secondary Education major in Chemistry and Physics and have a masters degree in teaching Chemistry in the high school. I have taught in a credit recovery program in the US , and so I am very much comfortable working one on one with students. I understand that like dancing Chemistry and Physics might not be for everyone however, as a teacher, I help students not just appreciate the subject but let them see it’s relevance in the modern world. I meet students where there at and then help them move to the next level.

As for my pedagogy, I don’t do spoon feeding. I lead students to learning by probing questions and providing hypothetical situations. In other words, I don’t teach them what to think but how to think. However, this can only be effective if the students are as committed as the teacher.
