About Raaeda
I am currently pursuing Masters in Psychological Counselling, from the Indian Institute for Psychology and Research (IIPR), Bengaluru, India. I hold a Bachelor's degree in the subjects Psychology, English and Journalism. Art and Literature have been my passion from ever since I was a child, and I took up an Art Therapy course offered by IIPR in my first year so that I could spread positivity through art. My hobbies include reading fiction (fantasy, science fiction, dystopia, poetry) as well as non-fiction (encyclopedias, books on natural prehistory, geology).

Art therapy offers a free and non-judgemental space of expression. There is no right or wrong, it is entirely subjective, because of which it results in a relaxed state of mind. I begin my classes with simple drawings, which can be about anything, then slowly work my way up to the different techniques used in Art therapy to relax and de-stress the mind.
