About Nabil
Hi, I am an elite academic coach and mentor specialising in helping boys in Years 9, 10, and 11 completely master their GCSEs!
I am currently a Sixth Form student balancing a rigorous academic and personal schedule, including A-Level Biology, Chemistry, and Mathematics. I recently completed my own GCSEs, achieving 7 Grade 9s, (including Mathematics and Sciences), an 8, and an A grade in Edexcel iGCSE Further Pure Mathematics. I also scored 155/160 in English Literature, placing me in the top 200 students nationally for that subject.
Due to me recently sitting my exams, I know all the tips and tricks needed for someone to excel in their exams and to get their Grade 9. Moreover, I will also be able to tell your child the study tips required to achieve the top grades!

I teach either: the Edexcel GCSE Maths (Higher Tier); the AQA GCSE Combined Science (Higher Tier); or AQA GCSE English Literature specifications only, online.
My lessons are roughly 90 minutes long and the lessons would be structured like this:
00-05 mins: A brief overview of the content
05-35 mins: A 30 min block where I go over topics that are required in the specification, teaching them exactly what is needed of them to solve and answer the questions.
35–65 Mins: Guided Exam Practice. A focused 30-minute block where the student tackles official, exam-style questions. This builds independent problem-solving skills under exam conditions while I monitor their technique.
65–90 Mins: Live Marking & Correction. The final 25 minutes are spent breaking down the official marking scheme together. I show the student exactly how examiners award method marks, completely fix any mistakes, and set targeted homeworks.
