GMAT/SAT Tutor - American Yalie based in London - GMAT tutor with Matthew

Although I was happy with my first score, my ultimate goal was to get at least a 730. I had already been working with someone else before meeting Matt. I decided to change tutors after making very little improvement from test to test.

Most GMAT tutors know the material and can explain it, but Matt was able to identify my weaknesses almost immediately, and was able to explain critical concepts in a digestible manner. He explained concepts and ensured that I could repeat it back to him, and insisted that I be able to explain the reasons why it made sense.

After working with Matt, I recommended him to a friend, and she saw significant improvement between her initial and final scores. Highly recommend working with him.

In two short months, Matthew took my daughter’s confidence from a six to a ten, which helped to took her ACT composite from a 28 to a 31. Not to mention, her reading score jumped from a 29 to a 35. He was masterful, patient when he needed to be, and insistent when necessary. I have two more daughters who will encounter the ACT or SAT on the next year or so, and Matthew is the tutor I will surely reach out to. He’s an excellent choice all around!
