Hi, I’m Kaiden, and I want to help you gain a new outlook on life!
I have experienced a lot of trauma in my life - I've dealt with a lot of loss & grief, mental health struggles, divorce, physical health & chronic illness - I've overcome a almost anything life has to throw at someone. However, I managed to not only deal with those hardships - but to thrive through them. I used that pain as fuel to grow, learn, and succeed.
Through various methods I have found a mindset where I feel like I can handle anything with tact & grace. My coaching includes incorporating new coping skills & methods, taking a spiritual over-haul, evaluating health & fitness and more
