About Romane
Currently a teacher of schools, I wish to share with anyone who wants, my love for Yoga. Certified professor of Vinyasa Yoga in an Indian school (200h - Yoga Alliance), as well as in Ayurvedic massage and after a personal practice of more than 4 years in different schools (Hatha, Ashtanga, Vinyasa), I can offer you varied sequences more or less dynamic according to the request made. I adapt to any level. In addition, as a school teacher, I teach yoga to my students and will be happy to teach new children. I am also training in yoga therapy which is more access in meditation and relaxation.

I can give yoga classes in community (school, outdoor or in studio) but also private individual course (home). The progress in my students is pretty fast and if the course is individual, I am listening to the specific needs of each of them. Indeed, I find it very important to adapt to each person and to be able to fully follow the progress of people throughout the sessions. I remain very caring towards my students and always open to what they can tell me. The bottom line for me in my class is that my students feel good in order to feel the effects of yoga 100%. I use a lot of meditation and pranayama during the sessions that I propose. I can also use some tools such as music (Mantra, Tibetan bowl, ...) and massage during relaxation.
