Dia is an awesome physical fitness and yoga instructor! Ive noticed such a difference in my strength, stretching, and peace of mind within just 1 month of working with her. So grateful I met her!
Diya is a great teacher with good understanding of Yoga. It's always inspiring to see her nice asanas and she has a calm voice. Additionally, she is learning to be a physiotherapist so that knowledge is helpful. Definitely recommend her!
