About Jane
I have experienced the physical, mental and emotional stress that comes with exams preparations and have suffered the consequences, pain in my body, poor results, feeling like I haven't done my best or fulfilled potential.
Most days I could hardly see straight. I was completely stressed out and exhausted. It sucked…
Then everything changed. I stopped freaking out during exams. I discovered the ultimate method to stay calm, relaxed and find the answers easily even if I felt I hadn't studied enough. From there success was much easier.
I have since moved on to become a fitness instructor, yoga & meditation teacher and college teacher. I have a degree in Exercise Science, studied NLP, Hypnotherapy, Yoga and many diverse forms of Meditation: Mindfulness and Reiki, Natural Therapies. I have spent over 15 years and dedicated thousands of hours to studying the works of the self-help gurus, studied at Ashrams in India and meditation centers in Myanmar.
I am a certified wellness coach, personal trainer, yoga teacher and therapist and my private clients list consists of students, soldiers, big-shots lawyers, CEOs, General Managers of International Banks and Financial Institutions and now I'm here to help you.
