About Hannah
I am an MSK Physiotherapist with a Master's in Advanced Physiotherapy, currently working full-time in the NHS. I believe that exercise is a privilege, not a chore, and my goal is to help you see fitness as both essential and enjoyable! Fitness has transformed my life, helping me manage PCOD, asthma, and endometriosis. Now, I'm here to help you discover how fitness can change yours, too.
