If you want to learn boxing from a pro, Gaurav is your man. He will adjust the workout based on your learning goals (technique, cardio etc) and will keep you nicely on your toes for the duration of the workout. My usual training sessions average 450 calories per hour, with Gaurav it was around 600. Great sessions, thank you Gaurav!

He is extremely professional and knows what he does.
I will definitely recommend him.He is very punctual and dedicated individual. He is very easy to approach also even if I am unable to do any workout, he will explain the solution in a way which will help me learn easily.
He is great as a coach, very motivating and pushes you to do get out of your comfort zone and achieve better results. His expertise in boxing is incredible.
I recently tried the Boxing class by Gaurav. And I must say that I loved it. The Classes were different from the regular muscle training. It was fun and exhausting.
Gaurav is very honest in his dealings and very straightforward in his demeanor. He has a very charismatic personality with lots of enthusiasm for helping others reach their goals.
