About Grigore
Hi, I’m Popa Grigore, a world powerlifting champion, four-time national champion, and former professional football goalkeeper. With a background in fitness coaching, powerlifting, and competitive football, I specialize in helping clients build strength, athleticism, and confidence—whether in the gym or on the field. Originally from Moldova, I now live in Valencia and offer English-speaking personal training for expats, athletes, and anyone looking to improve their fitness. My training is based on real experience, proven techniques, and a results-driven approach.
