About Jason
I've dedicated myself to martial arts since 2003, immersing myself in a rigorous, multi-style training regimen focused on real-world self-defence. My expertise lies in practical application, honed through years of training designed for the unpredictable nature of street encounters. From a young age, I excelled in various sports and earned a reputation for standing up to bullies, a commitment that led me to share my skills. Between 2015 and 2018, I served as a karate instructor, empowering women and children with the confidence and techniques to protect themselves. My training philosophy emphasises practical skills, situational awareness, and the mental fortitude necessary to navigate challenging situations. I am passionate about equipping others with the tools they need to feel safe and secure.
