About Vignesh
From a very young age I've always admired people who take good care of their body. I started my fitness journey back in 2014, I used to hit the gym and lift heavy weights but never payed much attention to my diet which resulted in hardly any progress. A few years later in 2017 I met a few people who were into Calisthenics (bodyweight training) kind of like Dragon BallZ training, I got hooked. I started my research via youtube and gave up on lifting weights. I started to eat healthy and used my own bodyweight for resistance training(best decision ever).Since then I've come up with a series of workout routine which helps in building strength and burning fat by using only your bodyweight.
