I am a sports enthusiast and believe in having fun while doing a range of different workouts, almost everything I do is without equipment so perfect for building your strength and endurance naturally. I tailor my sessions to what is needed. I prefer to work on fitness as a whole with specific sessions on certain elements such as plyometrics and strength of particular muscle groups. If you're looking to get into better shape and have some fun, encouragement as well as some expertise when its needed I am the one for you! Sessions available online or and agreeable place in Oxford.
