About Liessa-Marie
Hi, I’m Liessa, a yoga teacher from Germany but based in Perth with a deep love for mindful movement and genuine human connection. My journey began in 2022 at Orion Healing Center in Thailand, where I completed my Yoga Teacher Training and discovered how transformative yoga can be beyond the mat. What started as a personal practice soon grew into a passion for guiding others toward balance, awareness and inner peace. Since then, I’ve been teaching across multiple studios and corporate sessions in Perth, weaving together traditional yoga with elements of Yin Yoga, Acroyoga, Breathwork and Reiki. Each class is designed to help people reconnect with themselves — not just physically, but also emotionally and energetically — creating space for stillness, strength and release. My intention is to offer more than just movement. I want each class to feel like a reminder to slow down, breathe deeply and listen inward. Whether it’s through a soft Yin practice, a heart-opening vinyasa flow or a grounding meditation/breathwork session, my goal is to help others leave feeling centered, open and inspired. Alongside in-person sessions, I offer online classes, private sessions and personalized programs for those wanting to deepen their practice or find a moment of calm in their day — wherever they are in the world. Yoga, to me, is not about perfection but connection — a journey of returning home to yourself.
