My Approach to Tutoring

Rather than following a rigid, one-size-fits-all curriculum, I combine proven teaching methods with flexibility — adapting my style through conversation practice, clear grammar instruction, and targeted vocabulary techniques such as spaced repetition and thematic word association. This ensures students don't just memorise the language, but genuinely understand and retain it.
Every lesson is carefully planned to balance depth with pace, incorporating past papers and exam technique for those preparing for assessments, alongside real-world application for students learning for travel, work, or personal enrichment.
Lesson Length
Lessons run for one hour, striking the right balance between thorough coverage of a topic and sustained focus, with dedicated time for practice, questions, and consolidation.
Experience & Qualifications
I bring two years of tutoring experience, supported by strong academic credentials in German (IB 6/7, GCSE A*). My Approach to Tutoring
