About Sadhbh
I am always motivated by seeing how language connects people. Speaking fluent German has enabled me to build friendships and meaningful connections not only in Germany and Austria, but also while working on international teams in France, Italy, and Portugal. I have found my reasons to love the language and I am motivated to help others discover that same confidence and enjoyment.
I understand that many students don’t see themselves as “language people”, but I truly believe you don’t need a special talent to succeed. With the right vocabulary, a solid understanding of grammar, and a bit of confidence, anyone can make real progress. My goal is to provide that structure and encouragement in a supportive and positive learning environment.

I offer structured and supportive German grinds tailored to Junior Cycle and Leaving Certificate students. Having graduated with a First Class Honours degree in Commerce with German and spent a year studying in Germany, I understand the academic and practical side of the language.
My lessons focus on:
Improving oral fluency and pronunciation
Building strong grammar foundations
Expanding vocabulary
Exam preparation, including written answers and comprehension strategies
Building confidence for the Leaving Cert oral
I tailor each lesson to the student’s level and learning style. I provide clear explanations, structured notes, and regular feedback to help students make steady progress.
My aim is not just better grades, but greater confidence and enjoyment in learning German.
