About Jillian
I am going for my undergrad in Geology as well as having a minor in Math attached. I have experience in taking courses such as algebra, trig, and calc, earning a grade A for them. Over the last year, I have given lessons in Calculus 1 helping up to three students. I have seen great results in those students as they have more than passed the class and understood math a little bit more.

I enjoy doing face to face in-person teaching, but online is fine with me because of covid. I am most comfortable when using a whiteboard but paper is always great to use. I like to use drawings if a student is confused and I always try to relate the problem or give an example related to something they like i.e. Star Wars, food, tv shows just so they can wrap their heads around and visualize what I want them to see.
