About Lucy
I have a degree in Geography and have extensive experience of working with young people in schools, nurseries, youth groups and Girl Guides/Rainbows all around the world!
I have learnt that working with school children is about more than just reciting content. I will help my students improve by connecting with every pupil on a personal level and will inspire, motivate and encourage all pupils I work with. As well as imparting knowledge, I strive to support not only their education but also their confidence and personal development.

Every learner has different learning needs. When I was a school pupil I found that interactive, visual and logical learning worked best for me and I used techniques such as breaking things down into diagrams and bullet formats to support my learning needs.
As a tutor I will structure my lessons based on what works best for each individual student. Everyone has their own learning style and I will adapt accordingly using my excellent organisational and communication skills.

Cancellation Policy: if you wish to cancel a lesson that is fine, we are all busy! Please cancel no less than 24 hours before our scheduled lesson, otherwise I will charge for that lesson.
