About Maurvi
Hello! My name is Maurvi Sharma and I am a passionate, disciplined yoga practitioner dedicated to helping others experience the transformative power of traditional yoga.My journey into yoga started as a deeply committed student. Over years of consistent daily practice, I immersed myself in the study of traditional Hatha yoga, learning the precise alignments of Asanas, the science of Pranayama (breathwork), and the purification techniques of Shatkarma. Because I spent a long time learning from the ground up, I understand exactly what it feels like to struggle with flexibility, balance, and breathing techniques when you are first starting out.I don't just practice yoga as an exercise; it is a lifestyle that helped me build physical stamina, mental clarity, and emotional balance.
