We honestly cannot recommend Steven highly enough. Our daughter was struggling with both Maths and Science, and before starting tutoring with him she was achieving grades around 4s and 5s.
She had tutoring with him for Maths and all three Sciences, and the difference has been remarkable. He has an excellent way of explaining difficult topics in a way that actually makes sense, and, just as importantly, he built our daughter’s confidence and also helped her understand how to approach exam questions and use exam techniques.
The results speak for themselves: she achieved Grade 9s and 8’s in every subject he tutored her in — Maths, Biology, Chemistry and Physics. To go from grades 4/5 to Grade 8/9s is an incredible improvement, and we genuinely believe his teaching and support played a huge part in achieving it.
