About Bethan
I have been a london Maths teacher for 8 years.
I currently work in Lambeth, having previously worked in Croydon.
I am currently the KS3 specialist/lead at my school.
I specialise in special needs, I've taught hearing impaired children and I have taught the weakest students within secondary school working on basic skills and qualifications as an alternative to GCSE as such would be suitable to tutor primary school as well.
I have also taught top sets- really advancing A/A* students with relevant A-level topics.
I am familiar with current GCSE specification and different exam boards. I am most familiar with OCR and Edexcel.
I have privately tutored 2 students previously, for 1 hour a week each and the odd extra 2-3 hour session during school holidays for 5-6 months.
I am also a pianist and singer. I did a-level music, grade 8 singing, grade 6 piano, grade 5 violin and did my theory. I read music and have taught choir at my current school. As such I can tutor for music exams or give basic piano lessons or advanced singing lessons.
I am currently on maternity leave. Available to tutor at my home during the daytime. Otherwise evenings at your home or weekends.

Bethan was an excellent tutor and gave my daughter the confidence and guidance to achieve an A in her GCSE ( one mark off an A*).
