About Abs
I achieved an A* in A level Maths and an A in chemistry. In GCSE I got a 9 in both subjects. I am currently studying chemical engineering at Newcastle University, having just finished 1st year, averaging a 1st so far.

I am a very calm person and can go at any pace of teaching. I will provide plenty of practice questions and worked examples to aid students in learning the required topics in maths and/or chemistry. I will use plenty of past paper questions to get students used to the forms of questions that commonly get asked. I can also give good recommendations of YouTube channels for students to watch to revise.

Abs has a deep understanding of the subject and can relate to pupils of any age. Abs is currently studying a maths based degree, obtained an A* at maths A level and grade 9s for maths at GCSE. Whilst studying A level maths, Abs taught pupils voluntarily in the lower years at both foundation and Higher GCSE levels. Abs is currently helping several pupils in year 12 to gain a better understanding of maths A level. With their calm approach and patience, their tutoring would be a huge asset to anyone seeking that additional bit of help to gain either GCSE, AS or A level maths.
