About Nicolas
I am a student of gastronomy. I have been a monitor of basic, intermediate, bakery and pastry cooking within my training center. I collaborated in the photographic production of the book Arepas: Professional Colombian Cooking Techniques and I have a Chef Training Program certificate with Rational. I have work experience in Catering and in restaurant.

I like to put myself out there with the purpose to teach everything I know. Each class is prepared to motivate people to love this beautiful art, thinking about the individual needs that the students require. Due to my experience as a monitor, I have learned to emphasize the weaknesses of the students, through the example, trying to strengthen their skills to a large extent. The cost does not include materials.
