About Juan
I am a historian and cook, I have worked with young people in university volunteer projects and developed my degree work around the incidence of drug trafficking in the kitchen of the cauca valley, I also worked for six months at the Balzac restaurant where I developed a little more my culinary skills. From that moment I have dedicated myself to exploring the world of vegetable cuisine and the infinite possibilities of preparing incredible dishes from a vegetable diet

I believe that the best way to learn is from experience, that is why I look for a channel in the kitchen to build historical knowledge by preparing dishes that generate memories.
