About Gary
A year ago, I was exhausted—physically and mentally. I was overweight, low on energy, and frustrated with myself for not sticking to anything long-term. But something finally clicked, and I decided to take back control. I lost 5 stone in 8 months through consistent, sustainable changes. No fad diets. No expensive plans. Just smarter choices, small wins, and a mindset shift I wish I’d found years earlier. That experience changed my life—and now, I want to help others do the same. I know how overwhelming it can feel at the start. I also know how powerful it is to have someone in your corner, keeping you accountable and helping you believe in yourself again. That’s why I coach.
