About Tony
I am currently teaching in two tuition centres in London, and I have already taught around 25 to 30 students so far. Also, during my A-levels, I was Maths Mentor who helps GCSE students with their maths homework. Overall, all students I taught so far improved quite a lot in their exams, and became much more confident with maths. Some of my students even achieved Grade 9 in their final GCSE.
From my teaching and mentoring experience, I have developed many useful skills to become a great tutor.
Firstly, I am really good organiser, and I always think from students' point of views that allows me to find out the most suitable study plans for every student. I am also a very friendly and approachable person.
Secondly, the experience helped to develop an excellent communication skill. This enables me connect with all kinds of students, and deliver changeling academic concepts in a way they can understand.

Hi, my name is Tony. I just graduated from a sixth form called 'd'Overbroeck's' in Oxford and I am currently taking a gap year. I took maths and science subjects during my A-level, and achieved 4A*s in Biology, Maths, Further Maths and EPQ, and 1A in Chemistry. I would like to share my ways of studying as well as exam techniques to help you to achieve a great result for your exams.
My lesson is designed to help GCSE and A-level students with all different kinds of abilities. At the beginning of my lesson, I am going to go through the general concepts of the topics that students find challenging. Then I will focus more on how to answer exam questions by showing students step by step how to answer them, and then train students to answer them independently.
I have adopted a wide range of teaching methods, and I would like to help students develop logic thinkings and inspire them to put them to put for their best effort.
