About Bandana
I’m a gap year student preparing to study Radiotherapy and Oncology at university, with a strong passion for science, maths, and helping others learn. I’ve been tutoring for over a year, supporting students from Year 7 to Year 11, and I really enjoy making tricky topics more manageable and less stressful. Having recently gone through the GCSE and A-level process myself, I understand the challenges students face and work to create a calm, supportive environment where they can thrive. Outside of tutoring, I love learning new languages – I’ve studied Spanish and am currently learning German – so I really value the process of learning and how different people absorb information best.

I take a calm, supportive, and student-centred approach to tutoring, tailoring each lesson to suit the individual needs and learning style of the student. With over a year of experience tutoring students from Year 7 to Year 11, I’m familiar with the common challenges across different ages and levels. I ensure that every student leaves each session with a clearer grasp of the subject and a solid plan for their next steps.
