About Gyeong Su
Hi, I’m Gyeong Su Oh (concealed information) a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach. I’ve worked with global companies, startups, and teams to help individuals understand their strengths and perform at their best.
Over the past few years, I’ve facilitated 200+ coaching sessions in both Korean and English, supporting leaders, professionals, and individuals who want more clarity in their work and life.
I help you discover how they actually show up in your real life. Through thoughtful questions and conversation, I help you see your patterns, understand your natural way of thinking, and use your strengths more intentionally.

About the lesson

I offer 1:1 strengths-based coaching sessions designed to help you gain clarity and direction in your life and work. As a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach, I help you understand what you naturally do best and how to use it more intentionally.
In our 60-minute session, we will explore your patterns, energy, and decision-making style through guided questions and conversation. If you have already taken the CliftonStrengths assessment, we will use your results for deeper insights. If not, you can still start the session and explore your strengths together.
You can also add the official CliftonStrengths assessment for $35 (same as the official price), and I’ll guide you through how to understand and apply your results in a practical way.
Sessions are available online, and In-person sessions are also available in Sydney! I usually meet clients at Green Square Library (Zetland), but I’m flexible depending on your preference.
* I offer a free 30-minute introductory session (online only). This is a space for us to get to know each other, talk about your current situation, and explore your goals, so you can decide if this coaching is right for you.
