About Rebecca

I am a calm, patient, friendly and approachable tutor. I am always happy to help in whatever way I can. Learning is tough, but I am here to make it easier. I am always patient, its okay not to understand something the first time. I will be there with you to help you understand. If you don’t understand one explanation, we can try another way and then another until you get it…and I promise you, you will. It doesn’t matter how long it takes. I will not bore you with a boring monotonous tone that is enough to put you to sleep. I am imaginative and my lessons are always engaging and inventive. I won’t roll my eyes at questions, in fact I applaud and welcome them, asking questions helps you learn and consolidate everything, so please; ask away. I know everyone has their preferred way of learning for example visual, but I am not here to push my favourite on you, we can try different styles and go with your ideal one, to make your learning tailored to you!

About the lesson

I teach in a fun and imaginative way. You will never be bored during my lessons. They are always interactive and engaging. There is no such thing a silly question, please ask away. Don’t understand? We can go over it again, and again and again. Take your time, you don’t need to impress me I am here to help, I won’t judge if you get something wrong, that’s the best way to learn.
I can tutor for up to two hours and a minimum of one hour. You let me know based on how much help you need. I can also tutor you more than once a week so if you want an hour a few times a week to spread out your learning that’s okay too.
 GCSEs in all key areas (English, Maths, Science, and many more).
 Phonics.
 Homework Help.
I can teach from reception up to A- Levels.
I have experience with both primary school aged children as well as pupils in key stage 3 through being a teaching assistant. I have an understanding of the national curriculum.
