I teach based off of pre-set curriculum to help students grasp music theory, reading music, and performance skills. I love working with new and young artists. I have experience with ages 4-12. I have training in classroom management with developed techniques in making the learning environment fun and exciting to hold students interest and attention. I love letting students pick at least one project for themselves to apply what their learning. Younger students tend to respond better to lessons if they feel they are getting to have a little say in what they learn as well as they love seeing what they can do with pop- culture music from what they've learned in theory.
