About Matthew
My name is Matthew, and I am passionate about helping children develop confidence and enjoy learning. Teaching is something I genuinely love, and I have been fortunate enough to teach in three different countries, giving me experience working with students from a wide range of backgrounds and cultures.
I am also a keen soccer player. My goal is to create a positive, supportive learning environment where every student feels comfortable, motivated, and capable of achieving their best.

I provide engaging, supportive, and personalized tutoring for students from Foundation to Year 6. With five years of classroom teaching experience, I adapt my lessons to suit all abilities and learning styles, helping students build confidence while making meaningful academic progress.
I offer tutoring in English and Mathematics, as well as general homework support and study skills. Lessons are tailored to each student's individual needs, whether they require extra support, extension opportunities, or assistance with classroom learning. Sessions are available in 45-minute or 1-hour blocks and focus on creating a positive learning environment where students feel encouraged to ask questions, develop their skills, and achieve their goals.
