About Poppy
I have been into fitness since aslong as I can remeber! I have been involved in marital arts sucha as karate, kickboxing and boxing since I was a child and travelled all over the country competing in competitions! I then went on to study uniformed services and gain knowledge about armed forces training and fitness. After that I studied sports and qualified as a pt and gym instructure. I then studied nutrition and gained qualifications in that too:) Iv worked in a gym for about 4 years now with a wide variety of clients and classes! I would love to share my knowledge and lessons I have learnt alond the way.

My teaching method is to keep the student engaged and as interested as possible and to make it something enjoyable! To always listen to the learner and work around everyone's own abilities and learning styles to make everyone comfortable and confident.
