About Usman
I have been teaching computer science and IT from the last few year covering all major exam boards.
I did my PGCE computing at King's College London in 2019-2020. Since then, I have enjoyed my role teaching computer science and IT, helping students achieve and excel in their academic goals. I have also been a head of department for computing at my current school.
As a teacher, I focus on what matters and produce results for students. In addition, I also have experience of working in the industry which helps me show real life perspective to my students.

My approach to lessons is focusing on past exam questions to check for thorough understanding. I make my lessons engaging with student focused tasks & activities throughout the lesson. In addition, I also focus on real-life examples for practical understanding.
I had a a range of positive feedback on my lesson delivery with students taking interest and engaged throughout the lesson.
