About Traci
I’m a marketing strategist, educator, and storyteller with more than a decade of experience helping organizations connect with their audiences in meaningful ways. As the owner of Stivers Media Design & Consulting, I’ve partnered with small businesses, nonprofits, and workforce organizations to develop marketing campaigns that don’t just sell — they inspire action and create impact. In my current role as Director of Community Relations for a regional workforce board, I lead outreach and communications efforts across three counties, bridging the gap between employers, educators, and job seekers. My career has given me the unique opportunity to see marketing from every angle — from branding and content creation to data-driven strategy and community engagement. At the core, I believe marketing is about connection and purpose. I love teaching others how to build brands that reflect their values, communicate with clarity, and make a difference. Whether it’s helping a student understand how SEO really works, showing them how to develop a content strategy, or walking through the psychology behind a successful campaign — I’m passionate about turning theory into practical, real-world skill.

What I can teach you goes far beyond marketing theory.
