About Joshua
I’m Joshua Avila, a young entrepreneur and founder of multiple active businesses, including a marketing agency, service-based companies, and a vending machine operation serving protein-focused gyms. I built my companies from the ground up, focusing on real revenue, scalable systems, and modern digital marketing strategies.
As a business owner, I manage teams, oversee operations, run paid advertising campaigns, build sales systems, and constantly refine processes for growth. I understand what it actually takes to launch, operate, and scale a business in today’s economy because I’m doing it every day.
My approach is practical, direct, and results-driven. I believe business education should go beyond textbooks and focus on execution, mindset, and measurable outcomes. I’m passionate about helping others think like owners, move with confidence, and build businesses that generate real income and long-term opportunity.

My lessons are built around real-world business experience, not just theory. As a young entrepreneur running four active businesses—including a marketing agency, service-based companies, and a vending machine operation in protein gyms—I teach practical strategies that actually generate revenue.
My teaching style is hands-on and action-oriented. Each session focuses on building something tangible: a business model, a marketing plan, a pricing strategy, a sales script, or a scalable system. A typical lesson includes reviewing your current situation, identifying bottlenecks, breaking down proven frameworks I use in my own companies, and ending with clear action steps to implement immediately.
What sets me apart is that I actively operate businesses, manage teams, run ads, close sales, and scale systems. I teach from experience—wins, losses, and real numbers.
