About Ashlynn
Hi! I’m a compassionate 16-year-old high school student who is incredibly passionate about helping others. I am naturally very patient, warm, and nice, and I work exceptionally well with children, a skill I practice every day as a proud aunt to my own nieces and nephews. My passion for this work comes from a deeply personal place: having personally dealt with severe anxiety and panic attacks, I intimately understand how terrifying and isolating they can feel. Because of my own journey, I know exactly what it takes to navigate those intense moments, handle the fear, and truly grow from it. I use my personal insight and gentle nature to create a relatable, safe space where your child feels completely understood, supported, and empowered to find their own calm.

In this gentle, hands-on session, I provide a warm and pressure-free environment to help your child navigate overwhelming anxiety. Is your child quiet? Perfectly fine! Art therapy allows your child to express and understand their feelings using a non-verbal way!Together, we combine soothing art therapy practices with practical, real-time panic attack strategies. Because big feelings can be hard to put into words, we use creative tools like abstract drawing, coloring, and sensory textures to physically ground the nervous system. I will gently guide your child through calming breathing exercises and tactile mindfulness techniques designed to instantly interrupt fear loops and lower their heart rate. This session is not about being a good artist; it is about discovering visual and physical coping tools that empower your child to regain control, soothe their body, and quiet their mind whenever panic strikes.
